Yes. We deploy Poly or Yealink IP phones for staff who prefer physical phones at their desk. They plug into your network and work just like traditional phones, but with all the VoIP features. Many firms mix physical phones for desk-based staff with apps for partners who travel.
E911 is supported as required by law. The VoIP system automatically reports your office location when 911 is dialed, same as traditional phones. For mobile app users, location is determined by their device GPS. This is a legal requirement and our deployments are configured to meet it.
For most firms, 3-6 weeks from contract to live service. That includes number porting (the slowest step), phone deployment, auto-attendant setup, user training, and a parallel period where both old and new systems run. We plan around your calendar so deployment never happens during tax season.
