About Ronal

Meet the person behind the work.

Prior to joining the Tech Advisors team in 2022, Ronal worked as a service desk technician with Bahwan Cybertek, serving as the first point of contact for clients in need of assistance with software issues, in addition to troubleshooting POS machines, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, card readers, and scanners.

Ronal's professional experience also includes employment with CNA in a help desk capacity, supporting in excess of 10,000 users with software including Citrix, Tap, VPN, Okta, vSphere and Softphone. A graduate of Quinsigamond Community College with an associate's degree in computer system engineering, Ronal is a certified Help Desk Technician and is presently working to attain his Security+ certification.

Ronal is more than happy to assist clients whose first language is Spanish as he is fluent in the language. He makes his home in Leominster, Massachusetts, and enjoys playing basketball for pleasure and to relieve stress.
