Patrick's primary responsibilities include help desk ticket work, and he is also in training to become Tech Advisors' automation manager. A graduate of High Point University with a degree in Business Administration, Patrick has six years of programming experience in Java, Python, and web design languages (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and SQL.

He is a resident of Lantana, Florida and enjoys national and international travel, hiking, and programming.
