Josh Ingraham, Cisco Meraki, Rewst Certified

Josh focuses on Service Management and Project Management, helping shape the systems, processes, and client experience that define Tech Advisors' service delivery. He champions a simple philosophy: “under promise and over deliver.” It's a mindset he brings to every project and one he encourages across the entire service team.

Since joining Tech Advisors in April 2025, Josh has already made an outsized impact. He built the company's project process from the ground up, strengthened Pen Test delivery operations, improved service performance to an average 30-minute response time across all customers, and led several successful onboarding projects for new clients.

For the past decade, Josh has also been committed to developing the next generation of technicians — mentoring team members as they grow their skills, advance levels, and build confidence in high-stakes technical environments. Before joining Tech Advisors, he worked with several MSPs, including an eight-year role where he was guided by senior Cisco engineers who helped shape his technical expertise. He holds certifications as a Cisco Meraki specialist and a Rewst Certified Practitioner.

Based in Land O' Lakes, Florida, Josh also brings a creative side to his work and life. A drummer and recording producer for more than 25 years, he's an experienced Pro Tools user with several recordings available on Spotify and iTunes.
