In fact, all banks are subject to some form of personal data breach laws as well as FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) oversight, which is a not-for-profit organization directed by Congress to protect investors by, in part, “writing and enforcing rules governing the activities of 3,700 brokerdealers with 630,000 brokers” and “examining firms for compliance with those rules.”

Coehlo entered the information technology field as a combat engineer for the U.S. Army, where he was responsible for clearing routes that contained IEDs. Coehlo is a recipient of a Purple Heart for his service and he is also holds a certificate in information technology from the MotoRing Technical training Institute.
